JOHN TOMLIN

Emmy Award-winner, John Tomlin, has produced successful programs in syndication and cable since the late 80’s.  His strength has been an ability to create successful programming across many platforms; Magazine, Court, Web, Make-Over, Docu-Drama, Reality. His successes include one of the longest running shows in Syndication, Inside Edition and the current hit for ANIMAL PLANET, Dogs 101. As the President of Hurricane Entertainment Corp he Executive Produced the re-launch of A Current Affair, developed Shipmates with Sony Television Distribution, developed Style Court with the Style Network, developed The Judge Mills Lane Show with Paramount Television, developed New York Central for Cablevision and Cut Throat for VH-1.   Prior to that the successful producer gained critical and popular acclaim as the co-creator and Executive Producer of Inside Edition and American Journal.  He was part of the team that created A Current Affair and executive produced that show for several years.

Tomlin's career in television spans over two decades.  He has produced and directed shows for the PGA TOUR, CBS, CNN, THE DISNEY CHANNEL, NICKELODEON, CNBC, VH-1, and LIFETIME.  His production company provided production services for CBS News, ABC's Good Morning America, Dick Clark Productions and FOX Television.
